Not Quite Casper The Friendly Ghost...

Hello guys and girls! I hope you're all well. I wanted to write to wave my hand to say I'm still here, just a busy bee.

Currently I'm working on a few different ideas for a play/short film due to a brief we were given last week at creative writing by an ex media practice student and it's set my pants on fire with creativity.

It has to be based around an invention, and so name for my invention is currently a "psi-transducer" and if all goes well I'll let you know more about it soon!

Also, on another note I'm working at current as a script editor for a marketing film being made for the business "Nazcar Networks" with my flatmate Jamie Iles. Life sure does keep me busy!

Here's a question for you: What books/films/plays remind you of Christmas? Mine is the Muppets Christmas Carol, and the BFG animated film due to having both films recorded on VCR.

Define Myself.

It is very interesting that despite my animation career I have stumbled upon the road of writing, and it has in the past few months made me struggle in knowing how to define myself when asked. Even the term "define myself" seems a little melodramatic, but as an ex student who's been asked quite a few times whilst serving coffee's what I do I stumble on how to reply. I'm not specifically a writer (yet) due to never being formally trained and of course the lack of publishing credentials don't help. Artistically, despite the last six years I've spent training in drawing and animation I only feel now that the drawings and scribbles I do are only really for me to visualize the color or a character I'm trying to portray through words. He could tell right away someone had been in his house. The glass splattered the hall way and blood lingered on the door window pane. Crunching the glass with his boots Andy Sparks turned to his light switch; there were no lights either: great. Another step forward. The cottage was small so their wasn't a lot of room to hide and he feared what he would find in the darkness.
